- １９７２年、アルゼンチン・ブエノスアイレス生まれ。映画学校Instituto de Arte Cinematografico de Avellaneda卒業。 このクレイ・アニメーション（粘土でできたキャラクターをつかったアニメーション）の制作に費やした時間は２年間。これまで世界２０カ国以上の映画祭で上映、４５を超える賞を獲得。SSFには、２年連続でエントリーしている。「この作品は、こどもだけでなく若者や大人にもぜひみてほしい。」（ワン・パブロ・ザラメーラ） Juan Pablo Zaramella was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1972. Graduated from the Instituto de Arte Cinematografico de Avellaneda as Animation Director, he began his career making animations for advertisement. Since 2000, Juan has been making independent short films with his wife Silvina Cornillon. For two consecutive years, his independent productions have won the prize for Best Short of the Year awarded by the National Film Institute form Argentina (INCAA). His short film, VIAJE A MARTE(Journey to Mars), has won more than 45 prizes around the world.
